The organizers will negotiate with the embassies of Zimbabwe in expo countries to provide consular services throughout the ZimExpo weekend. Through the life span of ZimExpo, embassy staff have been supportive of this initiative and we expect this collaborative approach to continue. |

One of the traditions that ZimExpo has come to be associated with is the beauty pageant show. Not only does a pageant show demonstrate that Zimbabwean women are beautiful, but it gives the ladies the opportunity to confidently show, articulate and announce to the whole world that they are intelligently beautiful. The emphasis of ZimExpo pageant shows is on voluntary participation. After all, every person is beautiful in their own way; the difference lies in how much confidence one has when they showcase their beauty. Not only will winners of the pageant show walk away with handsome prizes but they will be sponsored to support charity work over the duration of their reign. |

On the Saturday and Sunday of the expo, 10 soccer teams will battle it out for supremacy in a mouth watering soccer tournament. For the first time in the history of ZimExpo sports, guest teams with origin from the Southern African region will be invited to participate in the soccer tournament. |
